I really need to write stuff down.<BR/><BR/>1/2 c sunflower butter<BR/>1/4 c agave nectar<BR/>1/2 chopped nuts (I did not use)<BR/>1/2 tsp vanilla<BR/>1/2 tsp cinnamon<BR/>2 c cereal (I use Erewhon crisp rice cereal)<BR/><BR/>Mix nut butter, nectar, nuts, vanilla, and cinnamon in bowl. Add cereal and gently stir until well coated. Press into dish and chill until hardened.<BR/><BR/>I double the recipe, press into a cookie sheet with edges, and store them in the fridge. I just cut them as needed. <BR/><BR/>My son has sensory issues mostly in his hands and mouth. Everything has to be smooth.
