Tip: Popcorn on the Go

If you're not corn-free and can have stove-popped popcorn (directions HERE), this is a great gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF), soy-free (GFCFSF) snack for when you're out and about, on a picnic, or visiting a friend's house.

I've found that the Namaste Spice Cake mix bag is the perfect container for a batch of popcorn. Just save your bag when you're making spice cake, and it holds a perfect amount of popcorn.

We did this when we went to the zoo; the kids loved it.
