Miss Roben's Chewy Brownie Mix

These brownies are gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF), and soy-free (GFCFSF). The mix is available at www.allergygrocer.com.
We all liked these. They are very easy to make and yummy too. They are a bit more cake-like than I prefer my brownies, but when you're GFCFSF, things start to taste better than they might if you were eating the "real" stuff all the time. Next time I am going to try to make these in mini muffin tins.
