These were easy to make and very yummy for a special brekfast treat. (They also showed up later as a pre-school snack.)
These were made with Miss Roben's cake-like donut mix. Just make the mix, let it sit in the fridge a bit, drop into oil in rounded spoonfuls, then roll in sugar.
Note: I didn't think these froze very well, so plan to eat them all within a few days after they're made. Next time, I may use only 1/2 the mix since they made a lot and it's a lot of sugar.
