GFCFSF Popsicles

Popsicles are easy to make, healthy, and are naturally gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF), and soy-free.

I found this cool popsicle-maker at IKEA for a couple of bucks. I've seen them at dollar stores as well. I just keep this in the freezer and have popsicles ready all the time. Just pour in the juice or beverage of your choice, pop in the "stick," and freeze.

Get creative. Mix juices. Freeze things little by little to make stripes. Mix coconut milk in with your juice to make a "creamsicle." Use chocolate hempmilk for a fudgesicle.
