GFCFSF Snack

Hard-boiled eggs are an easy, healthy snack or breakfast that are naturally gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF), and soy-free. Let your kids slice them with a cute egg slicer to make snack time more fun!

Sometimes our little egg slicer buddy shows up in a lunchbox with an already-peeled hard boiled egg and some GFCFSF crackers (Ener-G Seattle Crackers or Bi-Aglut Ritz-like crackers are good; both available at www.allergygrocer.com.)

Note that eggs are a common allergen, so don't serve them too frequently, and watch for reactions.
