Breads from Anna Made Egg-Free


We're now going egg-free since eggs showed up on my daughter's IgE test (low numbers, but nevertheless...).

This was my first attempt at making Breads from Anna using the flax seed & water egg replacer technique. I thought the taste was okay, but the bread on the outside was a bit dry/crumbly. So my next attempt will use some extra oil.
