GFCFSF Lunch

For this lunch, we have:

1. Almond butter & pear butter sandwich on Ener-G tapioca loaf.
2. Cheecha Crackles (available on Allergy Grocer)
3. Applegate Farms deli turkey rolled up with toothpicks (for sensory reasons!)
4. Two grape tomatoes, also on toothpicks (he didn't like these)
5. Blueberry smoothie to drink
6. 2,000 mcg (2 sublinguals) of biotin in the pill pack (for yeast)

Blueberry smoothie:
1/3 pkg. frozen blueberries
A bit of coconut milk
The rest hempmilk
A bit of agave nectar
Blend in a blender. Serve it with a straw and call it a "milkshake." The frozen blueberries make it cold.
