GFCFSF Fish Dinner


For this dinner we have:

1. Monk fish on the grill (called "poor man's lobster") with melted coconut oil + minced garlic to dip in, just like garlic butter for lobster.

2. Asparagus on the grill ("naked" on the grill), dipped in caonla mayonnaise

3. Tinkyada elbows with coconut oil, garlic, and grape tomatoes.

4. (not in photo) White wine (for mom and dad) :)
