Our GFCFSF Menu This Week (June 22-28)

This week I'm working on a rotation of meats/proteins. We'll see how we do!

Sunday: Rice with shrimp
Monday: Turkish kofte (like meatballs) and sweet potato fries
Tuesday: Turkish spinach with ground turkey
Wednesday: Rice & beans
Thursday: Something with ground lamb (TBD!)
Friday: Pasta/veggies/???
Saturday: Saturday chicken with mashed potatoes/cauliflower

What Actually Happened...

Sunday: Rice with shrimp
Monday: Turkish kofte (like meatballs) and sweet potato fries
Tuesday: Etli Makarna (Turkish spaghetti w/meat sauce) -- I used ground turkey
Wednesday: Rice & beans
Thursday: Lamb loaf (like meatloaf) and salad
Friday: Pizza

Although, I don't have near as much info yet as you do.
