Sunday: Fish (???)
Monday: Turkish meatballs ("kofte")
Tuesday: Something with ground turkey (???)
Wednesday: Brazilian rice & beans
Thursday: Buffalo and peas pasta casserole
Friday: Spaghetti
Here's what really happened . . .

Sunday: Mom & dad had salmon stuffed with crab meat; kids had Ian's GFCFSF fish sticks
Monday: Turkish meatballs "kofte"
Tuesday: Lentil soup
Wednesday: Leftover bean soup from a previous week
Thursday: Tinkyada pasta mixed with ground turkey and peas
Friday: Spaghetti with tomato veggie sauce
