I pack two lunchboxes every week day - one for my daughter, one for my son. Both are gluten-free. My son is also casein-free and soy-free. My daughter can have cow's milk items on rotation, and soy on rotation. My daughter is also egg-free. Yes, it's confusing! But I thought some of you might benefit from seeing what goes into their lunchboxes every day, if nothing else but for inspiration or to know that you are not alone! :) I most likely will not add to this list every day, but I'll try to update it every now and then.
