I'm going to try to make an inexpensive meal plan for this week.
Sunday: Dilly salmon with veggies and quinoa (salmon is not cheap, but it's easy!)
Monday: Mashed potatoes and hot dogs [request from daughter night before 1st day of school]
Tuesday: Forgotten chicken and rice
Wednesday: Taco soup
Thursday: Teff pancakes and turkey ham steak
Friday: Turkish spaghetti
Saturday: Rice and beans
What actually happened . . .
Oh my gosh, we actually followed the entire week's menu! (Well, we didn't do rice and beans on Saturday but hot dogs and beans.) I think the yummiest was the Forgotten Chicken and rice.
