How My Daughter Takes Olive Leaf Extract

Olive Leaf Extract ("OLE") has a nasty taste, so it can be hard to get your kids to take it. This is how my daughter (almost 6 years old) likes hers. [Click HERE to see how my son (3 years old) takes his.]

I take a little cup, like an espresso cup, and put some water in it. Then I use 1 full dropper of OLE (= about 30 drops). I use Gaia Herbs brand. Then I drizzle in some agave nectar and stir. We call it "frog juice" because of the color (somebody on the GFCFKids yahoo group taught me that one)! She guzzles it down with no problem.

Note: I put the cup next to her lunchbox in the picture so you can see the size of the cup...it's pretty small!
