Gluten-Free Angel Food Cake

Isn't this pretty?

I made this gluten-free, casein-free (GFCF), soy-free (GFCFSF) angel food cake for my daughter's birthday tea party. Served with blueberries (or strawberries if they so chose), this was light and yummy.

I used the Miss Roben's One-Step Angel Food Cake mix, available online.

I borrowed a friend's angel food cake pan so that I could see how this would work. I liked it so much that I just ordered my own!
