Gluten-free Animal Crackers

These are gluten-free, casein-free, and soy-free.

I used Miss Roben's Animal Cracker mix to make these great little cookies. Instead of animals, I used some little cookie cutters with hearts, stars, and flowers. This was for my daughter's birthday tea party. She's not GFCF, but her little brother is, and I wanted him to be able to eat whatever was on the table -- so it was a GFCFSF party!

I like this mix because the cookies come out crunchy like regular animal crackers. I think it makes for a nice little snack. (More info on exactly how I make these HERE.)

I just ordered some animal-shaped cutters and will try those next!
