For this lunch, we have:

1. Peanut butter + blueberry preserves on Ener-G tapioca loaf

2. Green, red, and yellow pepper slices (he licked these but didn't eat; I'll take the lick, though! Better than nothing!)

3. 1 slice Applegate Farms turkey folded in half then rolled up and stuck with a toothpick (my son doesn't like the slimy texture on his hands)

4. 1 organic medjool date for dessert (he loves these as of this week)

5. Water to drink
