GFCFSF Kid-Friendly Breakfast III

For this happy-faced GFCFSF breakfast, we have:

1. 1 slice Anna's Bread with a thin spread of macadamia nut butter

2. 1 organic medjool date

3. 1 hard-boiled egg, sliced

4. Raspberry smoothie

5. 2,000 mcg (2 sublinguals) of biotin for yeast control in the pill pack

Raspberry smoothie
Mix in blender: 1/3 pkg. frozen raspberries; a bit of coconut milk; a cup or so of hempmilk; a squirt of agave nectar. Serve with a straw and call it a milkshake.
