This was a strange week. We didn't go to the grocery store all week, we lost power on one night, and my daughter came down with something called "adenovirus." So dinners this week were kind of random. But here's what we did:
Monday: Kids had Erewhon cereal; parents had take out from Chipotle (big storm, we lost power)
Tuesday: Turkey (as in we cooked a big Thanksgiving-type turkey breast), with steamed broccoli and Tinkyada spaghetti. No sauce, just refined coconut oil and garlic and salt.
Wednesday: More turkey with Annas Bread (egg-free) and mustard or berry jelly (pick your poison)
Thursday: Tinkyada pasta (elbows) with pesto sauce and turkey bacon.
Friday: Pizza with Ener-G ready-made pizza crust, sweet potato baby food (instead of tomato sauce), turkey breakfast sausage, corn, and broccoli.
