GFCFSF Graham Crackers


These were made using Miss Roben's "mock graham cracker" mix, available at Allergy Grocer.

These are very easy to make. Mix them up, roll them out, cut them, and bake them. I counted, and I *think* it made about 48 graham crackers. I made a bunch and had them at school for snack-time. They are gluten-free, casein-free, and soy-free.
