Our GFCFSF Menu This Week (September 7 - 12)

This week I'm trying to use stuff we already have in the house instead of buying a bunch of new stuff. Our grocery bill was a mere (HA!) $200 this week which, although appalling, is actually cheaper than most weeks since going GFCF.

Sunday: Coconut curry shrimp and rice

Monday: Kofte (Turkish meatballs)

Tuesday: Teff pancakes (I made a bunch last week & froze them) and turkey ham steak (Wellshire Farms)

Wednesday: Hot dogs and mashed potatoes (hubbie will be on travel, and this is a kids' favorite)

Thursday: Lime chicken and rice

Friday: Turkish green bean dish
