I'm poor this week, so I'm trying to use stuff I already have. We're still rotating proteins -- that helps me tremendously.
Saturday: Dana's Forgotten chicken and Breads from Anna
Sunday: Fish on grill (mom/dad); Ian's fish sticks & Ian's alpha tots (kids, by request from daughter)
Monday: Leftover Turkish peas dish (ground beef)
Tuesday: Breakfast for dinner - Teff pancakes & Wellshire Farms turkey ham steak
Wednesday: Rice and beans
Thursday: Shepherd's pie w/buffalo [first time making this!]
Friday: Spaghetti with tomato sauce
What Really Happened . . .
Wow! We kind of did what we planned to do, except I switched a couple of days, and I didn't make the shepherd's pie. (I was busy with my other blog, Lend4Health.) Instead, we did more teff pancakes -- kids LOVE those!
